A clean rack and mounted displays do not prove that the room works. Every source, destination, preset, network dependency, user path, and failure state needs to be tested.
Commissioning closes the gap between construction completion and a room the organization can accept, operate, and support.

What is included in commissioning?
We test inputs, outputs, routing, controls, audio performance, camera framing, platform behavior, network dependencies, and documented recovery paths.
Do you coordinate with architects and contractors?
Yes. Power, data, backing, cable paths, millwork, acoustics, lighting, cooling, access, and schedule interfaces are coordinated during design.
Will the system be documented?
Yes. The handoff can include drawings, equipment records, labeling, configurations, warranties, operating guidance, and support contacts.
Do users receive training?
Yes. Training is based on the actual room states and responsibilities of the people who will operate and support the system.
