How early should technical planning begin?

As soon as the venue, audience, program format, presentation requirements, and show-critical moments are known.

Can JAZ work with venue equipment and vendors?

Yes. We define responsibilities, interfaces, testing requirements, and escalation across venue and outside teams.

Does the scope include rehearsals?

Yes. Technical and presenter rehearsals are planned around the program risk, available venue time, and required transitions.

Can the event be recorded or streamed?

Yes. Program recording, isolated cameras, presentation feeds, streaming, and deliverable requirements are planned with the live show.
