01 / Project brief

What the project required.

The challenge

The empty room had to become a credible broadcast set, support multiple people at the desk, keep displays and lighting camera-safe, and give the operating team a repeatable production workflow.

The approach

JAZ treated the scenic environment and technical system as one build. Camera lanes, anchor positions, video-wall placement, lighting angles, teleprompter sightlines, and the control workflow were resolved together before installation.

Original scope

Set design, video wall, lighting grid, anchor desk, cameras, and teleprompter

02 / Execution

How JAZ solved it.

  1. 01

Designed the desk, scenic background, and on-camera composition around the available room depth.

  2. 02

Integrated the video wall, lighting grid, cameras, teleprompter, and production signal path.

  3. 03

Balanced wide coverage and individual camera angles for a sports-panel format.

  4. 04

Commissioned the room as a permanent operating environment rather than a temporary set.
