Hybrid event control room with Cisco remote participants and presentation feeds#063

01 / Project brief

What the project required.

The challenge

Hybrid programs create two simultaneous events. The in-room audience and remote audience need different mixes, while presenters require dependable return video, audio, cues, and recovery paths.

The approach

JAZ advanced the complete signal path before show day, assigned department ownership, and brought contribution feeds, camera control, presentations, streaming, and recording into one coordinated workflow.

Original scope

Technical direction, streaming, presentation feeds, camera control, and crew

02 / Execution
