01 / Project brief

What the project required.

The challenge

The shell had no visual identity, stage, lighting structure, or natural blocking. The finished environment had to support a full panel while maintaining useful camera separation and a coherent background.

The approach

JAZ organized the room around the panel first, then built the stage, scenic layers, LED backdrop, lighting positions, and camera coverage around that geometry.

Original scope

Stage, riser, lighting, scenic build, LED backdrop, and multi-person blocking

02 / Execution

How JAZ solved it.

  1. 01

Planned five-person blocking, eyelines, and camera lanes.

  2. 02

Built the stage, riser, and scenic environment inside the warehouse.

  3. 03

Integrated the LED background and lighting for consistent skin tone and depth.

  4. 04

Prepared the set for repeatable series production.

03 / Outcome
